Century Group looks to improve handover process with Summit BIM

Century Group has chosen Summit BIM Consulting to provide BIM consulting services on the new Holland Parkside project. Holland Parkside is planned to be a four-tower mixed-use complex with retail and service commercial uses directly opposite King George SkyTrain Station and immediately adjacent to Holland Park, Surrey’s main urban park.

Summit BIM will work with Century Group to develop BIM Requirements for the project, provide independent oversight of the BIM process, undertaking periodic model audits to ensure that the data is set up to support the collection of asset information, for transfer into Century Groups Yardi software solution for Maintenance and Operations. The goal to enable a smoother more efficient process leading to reduced cost and improved quality with information for maintenance and operations available at handover.
