Digitally Delivering Owners Requirements

Geraldine Rayner, Director of Summit BIM will present ‘Digitally Delivering Owners Requirements’ with Aaron Akehurst, Manager, Construction Services of PCL Construction at the Building Transformations Industry Summit on Digital Project Delivery.
A hybrid event hosted in Calgary on June 7 – 8, the event focuses on digital asset management as a means to manage and maintain buildings over their lifecycle.
Geraldine and Aaron will look at defining a digital deliverable that meets FM use cases.
Comparing two real-world projects, they will examine how requirements were developed and then look at how designers and general contractors responded to differing requirements and what these approaches mean for the owner and FM. This session addresses:
- Basic contractual building blocks to future proof your BIM/digital deliverable
- Importance of a structured process
- How to manage common data issues in digital delivery
