Featured projectHow we help our clients
We partnered with FHA’s Asset Information Manager to update and align their BIM Requirements with ISO 19650, including development of a template tailored to FHA’s operational needs. Our project reviews focused on validating process compliance and assessing alignment with the specified Level of Information Need (LOIN) and lifecycle data requirements.

How we help our clients: Expert review and management of digital information, driving alignment with BIM Requirements and a seamless digital handover.
- Identify: Update of BIM Requirements Specification:
In collaboration with FHA’s Asset Information Manager, we delivered ISO 19650‑aligned BIM Requirements, with a soft‑landings approach that drives incremental, lifecycle‑based handover submissions.
- Manage: Collect: BIMFMi: Application of the defined BIM process on the following projects:
We established a centralized knowledge base to support all project teams, enabling consistent, high‑quality information management across disciplines. Our team carried out detailed model reviews to verify accuracy, consistency, and robustness, identifying issues early and tracking them through to full resolution. We also validated compliance with all required BIM and information‑management processes, ensuring that workflows were followed as defined in the BEP.
At the end of Design, we develop a comprehensive Asset Registry defining all assets and their required installed‑asset data and documentation. On the RCH P3 project, required installed asset information will be uploaded into our BIMFMi® platform, which we will manage throughout the project, providing stakeholders with clear weekly progress updates.
Our approach ensures that, at Handover, all required data and documents are complete, validated, and ready for seamless transfer into FHA’s handover template, fully aligned for integration with their CMMS and supporting long‑term operations and asset management.
