Summit BIM was selected them as the vendor of choice to provide Building Information Management (BIM) Consulting Services to the Fraser Health Authority.
Summit BIM will work with Fraser Health to develop the BIM requirements document set, that will define the standards, processes and protocols required to support the delivery of an asset management model and facility data and document set from a BIM process. This model and data structure will become the standard for the consultants and contractor. It will also enable Fraser Health to digitally evaluate compliance with their Owner Project requirements during the design and construction process.
Fraser Health Authority selected Summit BIM due to their innovative approach and extensive experience with Building Information Management (BIM) structure and data. This work builds on an earlier proof of concept project using the inherent model data to drive validation of the Owner Project Requirements.
