How we help our clients: BIM Requirements, Data Assurance, and Digital Handover — Delivered with Precision.
We partnered closely with the project team to define a clear, future‑ready set of BIM Requirements aligned with their immediate project needs and long‑term lifecycle objectives. These requirements were embedded directly into the RFP process, ensuring that every project participant understood the data expectations, deliverables, and effort required to achieve a consistent, high‑quality information standard.
Throughout the project, model data underwent structured audits to verify alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and to confirm that defined processes were being followed. This rigorous QA/QC approach ensured that information remained accurate, complete, and fully traceable.
Our BIMFMi® platform played a central role in identifying data inconsistencies and supporting the ongoing collection of installed asset information and documentation during construction. By maintaining data integrity from design through completion, BIMFMi® ensures a seamless digital handover of all validated information into PHSA’s CMMS, enabling the Facilities team to operate and maintain the new facility confidently from day one.
