Geraldine Rayner Presents: Owners’ New Expectations at CanBIM
January 26, 2017 •
Congratulations to Geraldine Rayner, Director, Summit BIM who presented with Larry Harder, Director of Capital Projects, Fraser Health Authority on the changing nature of owners’ expectations at the CanBIM – Vancouver Regional Session.
The presentation looked at how Fraser Health moved beyond the 3D model to structured data that could be used throughout the building life cycle, including Facility Maintenance and Operation. From developing BIM requirements, to viewing the life cycle of the facilities, and the challenges of implementing change – this session covered the role you could play in the changing process.
Watch the presentation, titled “Owners’ New Expectations: How the Expected Deliverable is Changing”.
