Aida is responsible for the development and implementation of the BIM process on projects, from conceptual design to FM, with the emphasis on FM data collection and management.

Aida has over 20 years’ experience in the Architectural and Interior Design fields with extensive knowledge of software and data management, focusing on BIM software solutions, process workflow and data management for large and complex architectural projects such as P3 Public Private Partnerships.

Defining processes and protocols for BIM workflows to allow the inherent BIM data to be managed effectively for the benefit of the entire team, Aida’s broad industry experience and strategic planning skills support the BIM process from capital planning through to facility maintenance and operations. Thinking creatively outside the box enables her to find practical solutions to complex, real-world problems faced by AEC professional.
